We will contact your guardian to verify all details are correct and then offer interview times for you to choose from. The interview will be over Zoom and is also a  chance for you to ask any questions about our Lead Creator Program and parents / guardians are welcome to join if you would like.

🔓 What is a lead Creator?

Lead creators at Buzzy.GG help our community of game creators in their own areas of expertise. This could be tutorial creation, scripting, building, modeling or website content. Lead creators love sharing their own creations and knowledge, are team players and understand that a supportive community helps us dream and build bigger experiences.

🔓 WHAT DO THEY DO?

All our Lead Creators help answer questions from our community members, review submitted content and get to contribute to games we are developing. 

🔓 OPPORTUNTIES & EXPECTATIONS

 

While working with Buzzy Games, you’ll have a number of opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. 

Please carefully read over the roles that you’re interested in to fully understand the responsibilities that come with each role – you may apply for multiple roles and will be trained for those roles as well! Once you have been chosen for the position/positions, you will also be considered as a “Lead Creator” on top of your official role.

 

Our goal is to be able to provide creators with opportunities to engage with development that aligns with their skills, interests, and future career goals.

 

 

 

 

 

Expectations: There will be specific expectations for each role, but it is expected that all lead creators:

  • Respect each other, be courteous, and sensitive to everyone’s needs and concerns.
  • Ask for help when needed
  • Be positive and encouraging to other team members
  • Share ideas for improvement
  • Be a role model and set a good example for all developers in our community.

Rewards and Compensation: We will reward published contributions with our rewards program after a trial month (Details will be gone over during the interview)
